COVID-19 and Technological Maturity of HEIs in Poland

Technology has become a crucial service medium also for higher education institutions (HEIs). Moreover, the experience of COVID-19 pandemic significantly underscored relevance studies on e-services. This article analyzes technological maturity HEIs in Poland with obtained results analyzed against backdrop current pandemic. The study considers overall level universities’ virtualization, condition their ICT infrastructure, IT services offered by public universities, and use advanced technologies. are terms two aspects: (1) ability to offer virtualized during (2) dimensions that universities ought focus view preventing deterioration e-services quality.
